Awesome place to find the trim items that you can not find locally. I had the good fortune to find some trim items to help me match up some old trim pieces for a renovation project for a very good client. Thanks for helping me impress a very good client...

Item arrived as described however It is a very thin, cheap, type of plastic - was surprised by this considering the price. We ended up not needing the item for our new fan. I contacted customer service to return the item (it was in perfect condition - was kept in the box the entire time we had it) but was told that there was a 10 day return window. I told the representative that we are currently in the middle of a full kitchen remodel and did not realize we didn’t need the item until this past weekend. Basically the representative said “sorry about your luck but there isn’t anything we can do” and didn’t offer anything to help us with this situation. I understand that there may have been a 10 day return window but I was completely unimpressed with the way this situation was handled.
