Items were not well packed. One of the items was the wrong piece.

Inviting Homes returned a pair of antique bronze sconces we ordered that did not quite match the other antique bronze items we had already installed in a 4,000 sq. ft. renovation in Palm Springs. As a designer, it is very important, though rare, that we can easily return an item if it does not work in the area intended.

Thank you Jennifer. You are so right - matching finishes is important for a designer to get that professional look that your clients demand.
