I'm a current customer of InvestorPlace.
I'm a current customer of InvestorPlace, and subscribe to two of their newsletters. I recently received an invite to Luke Lango's "Elon's Vertical AI Masterplan" webcast. I received a detailed article explaining the content of the website, and was encouraged (many times) to print-out the worksheet, and have my "pen ready" to write down the specific stock symbols that Luke would be sharing during the webcast. After 90 minutes of listening to what could best be described as a repeat of the article that InvestorPlace had previously sent out, it was clear that I could "put my pen down", because Luke had no intention of filling in the worksheet with specific recommendations, even though that was promised multiple times in e-mails from InvestorPlace leading up to the webcast. Instead, at the end of the 90 minutes, it was all about signing up for a more expensive newsletter where we would be able to get that information. This is a terrible way to treat existing customers, and it's very dishonest as well. Normally, I wouldn't even take the time to complain, because I'm sure it won't do any good, but I just have to get this off my chest, and warn others about InvestorPlace's shady tactics.
Response from InvestorPlaceOct 13, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for being a valued subscriber. We’re sorry the webcast didn’t meet the expectations you had going into it — that’s certainly not how we wanted you to feel coming out of it, and we’ve shared your feedback with our team.
Our free events are designed to introduce the research and the investment thesis behind an idea — in this case, the framework Luke Lango laid out and the worksheet that accompanied it. The specific stock recommendations that correspond to that research are part of our paid membership, as that detailed research is the product our subscribers receive. We recognize that the distinction between the framework presented in the event and the specific recommendations reserved for the paid service wasn’t as clear to you as it should have been ahead of time.
As a current subscriber, your experience matters to us. If you’re still interested in the idea, we’d genuinely be happy to work with you — you’re welcome to reach out to us directly, or to respond with your information, which we’ve requested through the Trustpilot portal so we can connect with you. Thank you again for your candor; we value you as a customer and appreciate the chance to address this.

I called to cancel last month
I called to cancel last month. Got another charge on my credit card again this month.
I have now received the credits for the cancellation.
Response from InvestorPlaceSep 2, 2026
Thank you for providing your information so that we could locate your account. I'm sorry for any confusion around the charges. We take this seriously, and we've looked into it.
Based on what we're seeing, your cancellation was processed and any related charges have been addressed on our end — but we don't want to leave you guessing, and there may be a couple of transactions worth walking through together so everything is clear.
Now that we have your information, we'll be reaching out to you by phone this afternoon to explain all of this directly and make sure you're fully taken care of. You're also welcome to reach our support team anytime in the meantime. Thank you for giving us the chance to clear this up.

What a bunch of mumbo jumbo snd soobviously created by AI! You’re still missing the point, especially with Lousi’s reference ti retiring and putting all his efforts into this new AI fund - total joke
purchased a Louis Navellier subscription through InvestorPlace in March for $1,799. Given the substantial price, I believed I was paying for access to his important investment research and recommendations.
Only a few months later, I received another sales presentation centered on 20 AI investments described as “must-haves” for the future, with Louis emphasizing the importance of this shift in his investment strategy.
I was extremely disappointed to learn that I would have to pay approximately another $1,800 to access these recommendations, despite having paid $1,799 only a few months ago.
I contacted InvestorPlace directly and explained my concerns. Unfortunately, they were not willing to do anything to address the situation.
I feel taken advantage of by this business model. My concern isn’t that a company offers additional products. It’s that shortly after making a very substantial purchase, I’m being told about supposedly critical new investment recommendations that aren’t included unless I make another substantial purchase.

Hi Susan — thank you for sharing your feedback. I'd like to take a moment to explain how our services work, as I think it may help clarify things.
InvestorPlace works with a number of analysts, and each of them publishes their own distinct research services — each with its own focus, its own team, and its own separate subscription. Our analysts are continually researching new opportunities, and from time to time they'll introduce a new service built around a specific strategy or idea. That new research is its own standalone product, not an add-on to an existing subscription. This is simply how our publishing model works: each service stands on its own, so subscribers can choose the specific research that fits their goals rather than paying for everything by default.
For anyone who prefers broad access across many of our analysts and services, we also offer membership bundles designed for exactly that. Depending on the level, these can include all of our flagship services and, in some cases, everything we publish — which many subscribers find to be the best overall value when they want the full picture. Our team is happy to walk through those options at (800) 211-6357.
We appreciate you being a subscriber and value your interest in our research. Thank you again for taking the time to reach out.

Investorplace has proposed a new…
Investorplace has proposed a new service, the AI Portfolio.
I tried to subscribe (from Europe): impossible, their payment system signals errors in the credit card data, while they are exact, and then freezes.
I tried to phone them, but the 800 numbers do not accept calls from abroad.
Maybe this service is reserved to the US. In this case they should say it, and avoid customers wasting time.

So I cancelled my old account with Discover and opened another one. But that did not work either because they found my new account #,. I told Discover if they find the charges are legit than I will not argue and I will pay the charges and cancel my credit card with them, I stand by what I gad said they are not legitimate. Dont waste your time, effort and money.I am not wasting my time with them if they think i am not legitimate too bad
