We understand how disruptive a platform change can be, especially when it affects your ability to use Inventory Planner as intended. When your team transitioned to a non-native connection, our support team outlined several options, including a referral to a trusted partner who builds custom integrations and our Early Access ACSV feature. ACSV (Advanced CSV) allows you to connect Inventory Planner to virtually any tech stack, even if we don’t have a native integration—by syncing your data through a flexible, customizable file format. Although your business was not interested in these suggested solutions, we believe ACSV continues to present a promising option moving ahead. We do our best to be transparent about what’s possible and what’s covered under our terms—and while we weren’t able to offer a refund, we’re still here to support you in making the most of your subscription.
