Inventory Planner by SageReviews of inventory-planner.com

Inventory Planner is a very capable software package that we use to run our $30M business. Functionality is superb and the support from the team is quick and detailed.

Inventory Planner, synced with Linnworks, has made a big difference to how we manage purchasing and stock. Planning and creating purchase orders is now much easier and far more organised. The forecasting is clear, reliable, and simple to update when needed. Stock-outs are minimal, stock holding is at a healthy level, and we no longer experience the overstocks we had in previous years before using the platform. The reports are easy to understand and give us confidence to make better buying decisions. Overall, it has saved us time, improved stock control, and made our purchasing process much more efficient. We would happily recommend Inventory Planner to any growing ecommerce business looking to improve forecasting and inventory management.

We’ve had a very positive experience using Inventory Planner by Sage. It has significantly improved our visibility over forecasting and purchasing, allowing us to make far more informed and confident stock decisions. The forecasting tools are clear and reliable, helping us stay ahead of demand while reducing the risk of overstocking. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has made adoption across the team straightforward. Reporting is particularly strong — the insights are easy to interpret and genuinely support better commercial decisions rather than just presenting data. Since implementing Inventory Planner, our purchasing process has become more streamlined and efficient, saving valuable time while improving overall stock control. It’s given us greater confidence in planning and managing inventory across the business. Overall, it’s been a valuable addition to our operations and a system we would happily recommend to other growing ecommerce businesses looking to strengthen their inventory management.

Our business has a unique use case for the software, so we cannot use the functionalities to the fullest, that said, the implantation and support teams have been great in helping us create useful work arounds. The PO creation tool is a great value and make the process much similar. There is are also number of custom fields that can be added. Features can be requested, but it seems that the are slow to be implemented (if at all). If you are looking for a tool to serve as your source of truth and help manage inventory, this is the tool for you.

We have been using Inventory Planner for the past 3 years. It is a really good toolk and has helped us a lot to maintain appropriate stock levels. It does sometimes throw up some odd suggestions which we have to manually weed out but all in all it has helped us massively.

We've used IP for many years now, it's been the main reporting tool in our business, it's helped us maintain visibility over stock value and combined sales across multiple channels in ways other platforms do not. We utilise the platform on a daily basis to run performance reports, issue supplier PO's, track inventory as well as many other important functions. I would highly recommend this platform!

Inventory Planner is a solid platform with outstanding customer support. Chan Yi (Customer Success Manager) and Karen from Customer Service have both been extremely helpful with every query. Fast responses, clear answers, and genuinely great support. Highly recommended.

Karen from Customer Service was very helpful when any issues raised or i needed further assistance! Software is easy to use and helps make the day to day processes much easier and efficient.
