Excellent purchasing software

We've been using Inventory Planner for 3 years. In that time we've grown from £4m/year to >£10m/year. We use it in a stack with Shopify Plus and Peoplevox. We raise around 25 POs per day, a mixture of demand led purchasing and forecasted purchasing. Inventory Planner lets us easily create POs based on our sales history and future forecasts. It is easy to tailor things to have different purchasing settings for different suppliers which can be done at a high level or on an SKU basis. It is very powerful. Every grid within IP can be customised with a huge range of columns. We use these to get a very accurate view of what we're purchasing - e.g. we can show 7/14/30/60/90/365 day sales and potential profit against every line we're looking at adding to a PO. The reporting functions are extremely comprehensive. Our purchasing decision making is massively improved since using IP. It gives huge confidence to us. We work in a very low margin industry with massive competition. Our account manager Chan Yi has been great.
