IP works well internationally
Staff are helpful & knowledgeable. Onboarding was made easy. IP works well across multiple locations and across national boundaries too. Our stock management has improved reducing over stocking and reducing over buying of slowing lines.

It’s very easy to set up
It’s very easy to set up, and the forecast settings are easy to adjust. All in all, a good option for e-commerce.

Great platform with excellent support
We’ve had a really positive experience with Inventory Planner. It’s a great platform with excellent reporting, strong PO management, and the ability to easily create transfers. We’ve been able to utilise it in many different ways across our business, making it a really valuable tool for our team. The chat bot is also really helpful for troubleshooting general enquiries, and the customer support has been fantastic. A special shout-out to Chan, our Customer Service Manager, who genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond to help. Most enquiries are addressed quickly, which makes a big difference. The only downside for us is the time difference between Australia and the UK if we need to speak to someone directly, although most issues are resolved promptly. It would also be great to see improved sync times and performance during peak times. Overall, we’re very happy with Inventory Planner and the support we receive.

Easy to navigate. Straightforward to switch from brand to brand and amend required time period for sales data. Not an expert by any means, training call scheduled next week. Customer service very helpful

IP team is quick in responding
IP team is quick in responding on questions and thinks with the customer about potential solutions. If I want to plan a meeting it often happens within the same week.

Very good experience with IP
We've had a very good experience using Inventory Planner. It has meaningfully improved our visibility across inventory performance, forecasting and purchasing, giving us greater confidence in stock decisions and helping us stay ahead of demand. The platform is intuitive and easy to adopt, with Reporting being a particular strength, genuinely supporting commercial decision-making. Our consultant Chan has been an excellent support throughout, especially as we added on more sales channels and operational processes! Some additional dashboards and a more seamless forecasting process around promotions that are not just BFCM or Xmas would be a great addition!

Working seamlessly with Brightpearl
We have been using Inventory Planner for a couple of years now, adding it to our current tech stack alongside Brightpearl. It has been instrumental in our stock management giving insights with strong reporting features and seamless integration into Brightpearl. Moving from Spreadsheets has had a learning curve but we are making quicker decisions without the need to export multiple reports.
