Inventory Planner by SageReviews of inventory-planner.com

Helps us to grow as a business @ Mr Windows, allowing us to easily forecast purchasing to keep up with our growth - integrates super easily with shopify, so when receiving in stock quantities it changes live in the store. Very easy to use in comparison to our previous system. The team is easy to contact for support and it is not a forgotten system, it is constantly evolving and improving which as a growing business helps us to be a better business..

We recently hit a major snag: 32 faulty purchase orders were ghosting our system, showing over 63,000 "On Order" units that didn't exist. With the Chinese New Year factory shutdowns looming, the pressure to get an urgent order out was massive, and honestly, it was a pretty stressful situation. Karen was a total lifesaver. She handled everything with so much patience and clarity. When the first resync didn’t quite do the trick, she didn’t just give me a canned response—she actually listened, realized it was a deeper API issue, and got the Engineering team involved immediately. The engineers ended up manually clearing the phantom stock, and what really impressed me was the follow-through. Karen kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure it was actually fixed, not just patched over. It’s rare to find support that takes this much ownership. Huge thanks to Karen and the devs for saving our CNY order! I can’t recommend Inventory Planner enough, especially for how they show up when things get complicated.

We’ve been using Inventory Planner for a good while now and it’s become a key part of how we plan our stock. It’s especially useful for us because some of our supplier orders need to be placed up to three months in advance, and the forecasts give us far more confidence than relying on gut feel or spreadsheets ever did. Since using it properly, we’ve been able to reduce how much cash we have tied up in stock by ordering more accurately, without increasing the risk of running out of popular lines. Being able to clearly see suggested order quantities based on sales history and lead times has made our buying decisions much more controlled and predictable. It’s saved us a lot of time on planning and helped us make smarter decisions overall, particularly around overstocking. If you’re running an e-commerce business and want better visibility and confidence when placing forward orders, Inventory Planner is well worth it.

We have been using Inventory Planner for over three years and are very satisfied with the tool. It plays a key role in tracking and analyzing our sales on a SKU level. Because we work with product bundles in our Shopify store, Shopify itself could not break sales down to individual SKUs. Inventory Planner solved this challenge and gave us the transparency we needed. The clear overview of important KPIs such as lost sales is extremely helpful and supports fast, data-driven decisions. Overall, Inventory Planner is a strong support for our purchasing and inventory planning, helping us avoid both overstock and out-of-stock situations. We are very happy with the tool and highly recommend it.

Inventory Planner by Sage has been a game-changer for managing stock more efficiently. The forecasting tools are clear, data-driven, and easy to understand, helping us make smarter purchasing decisions and avoid both overstocking and stockouts. The dashboards provide great visibility into sales trends, cash flow, and supplier performance, which has saved us time and improved planning across the business. It integrates smoothly with our existing systems and the support resources are helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s a reliable, intuitive solution that adds real value for growing retail and eCommerce businesses. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take control of their inventory with confidence.

Inventory Planner by Sage has become an important part of how we manage stock and purchasing. It gives us reliable demand forecasting and helps us plan inventory more accurately, which has reduced stockouts and excess stock. The interface makes it easy to see what we need to reorder and when, which saves time compared with manual spreadsheets. While there’s a short adjustment period to understand all the settings and forecasting options, once we had it configured it quickly became a valuable tool for planning. The insights into trends and reorder recommendations have helped us make better purchasing decisions and stay lean without compromising availability. Overall, Inventory Planner has improved our inventory visibility and made planning much more manageable.

A really useful tool for stock planning and forecasting. It helps us stay organised and plan ahead across all channels. At times it can be a bit complex, and it occasionally suggests quantities that don't fully make sense, but overall it's a strong system that saves us time and helps with decision-making.

We have been members of Inventory Planner since November 2020. Being in the mobile accessories retail and e-commerce business, replenishment used to be a nightmare having to restock periodically thousands of items and especially mobile phone cases (hundreds of different models). Now it is all done in minutes! Inventory Planner is a unique tool for forcasting, dealing with overstocking and stock outs and has saved us a lot resources. Can't do without it! More over help is almost instant if you need anything through chat or email. Many thanks for all the support through these years!
