It's my 2nd day using intellijend. I was not expecting it to be this useful. It turned the entire lengthy, and tiring process of creating the ads will the necessary settings, into a fun, visually appealing process. It honestly feels like a steal since you're only paying the subscription, ad spend is the same as you'd spend yourself. I even had some small issue on the day my song released. Support was there to help fix the issue at 1am. I'm grateful for that! TLDR: 10/10, I recommend!

Very beautiful

The intellijend platform has been a game changer for us, and I can't thank Sebastian enough for his time and guidance on future marketing campaigns to help promote our music.

The interface is super clean, and the overall process is super straightforward. I have been running ads way before the platform existed, so I know how to run my own ads, but Intellijend makes the process so much quicker and easier. Also, it is just so much nicer to handle than the buggy meta ads manager.

Absolute experts! Support answers in minutes, really helpful. Awesome choice of service.

Best customer service I’ve ever… Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Meta was a nightmare and utterly frustrating, and I could never get ads running properly. Now I decided it was time to really market myself as a musician since I'm planning a release next year, So I tried out Intellijend today. Miguel patiently helped me set everything up the right way. Now I can finally run ads for real 😮‍💨 Looking forward to the results!

For me it doesn't work. You just need to understand a little bit of the Spotify Algorythm and some Paid media methods also very expensive. Not recommended.

I signed up for IntelliJend’s Meta campaign toolkit because it seemed like a solid solution for promoting my music. The platform itself looks promising, and I was willing to invest in their yearly subscription (~$200) based on that expectation. However, during setup, I ran into a critical issue — the tool does not work with my Meta artist account. I reached out to their support team, and they confirmed the limitation and that they cannot fix it. Despite this being a complete blocker that makes the platform unusable for me, they refused to issue a refund or even offer a prorated amount. This is especially disappointing because their refund policy mentions case-by-case consideration, yet they declined to make an exception in a situation where the product cannot be used as intended. Overall, the idea behind the tool is good, but the lack of flexibility and customer-first approach in resolving issues like this is frustrating. I would strongly recommend confirming compatibility with your Meta account before purchasing, as you may not get your money back if it doesn’t work.
