Disappointing results and very poor customer support
I spent over $700 promoting my music through Intellijend. While I did gain some genuine new followers, overall I wasn’t impressed with the results for the amount of money spent. My biggest disappointment was the customer support. When my Meta advertising account became restricted right after launching another campaign through Intellijend, I spent weeks trying to find a solution, including contacting Meta directly. Even after Meta found a way for me to advertise through Instagram, Intellijend offered no solution and repeatedly told me to contact Meta. Every interaction I had with support felt very brief, cold and dismissive rather than genuinely trying to help. In the end, I was paying for a subscription I couldn’t use and felt completely unsupported as a customer, so I cancelled.

Hi, thanks for the detailed feedback, and sorry the support experience left you feeling unsupported. To be direct about the account restriction: that decision sits entirely with Meta, not us. We don't have the ability to lift it, override it, or push it through faster, so pointing you to Meta wasn't us dodging the issue, it's genuinely the only channel that can fix an account-level restriction. We'd love to help more directly there, but our hands are tied. That said, getting restricted right after launching a campaign is unusual. Where we did fall short is how that was communicated. Repeating "contact Meta" without warmth or someone actually walking you through it isn't the support experience we want to give, and it's fair that it felt cold and dismissive. Paying for a subscription you couldn't use because of that is a bad outcome. If you're open to it, we'd like to look at the account and support thread, and talk about making up for the time paid but unused.
