probably some of the worst customer support i have ever experienced, when your subscription is not paid they delete your account, which in turn makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. Then when you try to use the chat you get a dumb bot and no response from a real human. I waited at least an hour and no response, even though it says only a couple minutes. The service they provide is also not even good, you can set something like this up with claude in a day and it would be half as expensive, and thats using the claude subscription only for this.

Hi Pieter, Sorry this was frustrating, but a couple of things here aren’t accurate and we want to set them straight for anyone reading. We don’t delete accounts when a payment fails. If a subscription is unpaid, you get a screen every time you log in that lets you either retry the payment or cancel. So cancelling is always possible, it’s right there when you log in. On the chat: the bot answers first and someone from our team takes over from there. We'll look into why it took longer in your case. As for the price, you can absolutely run Meta ads yourself and some artists do. With us you’re paying for the campaign setup, the extensive data tied to your campaigns and the landing pages. Your full ad budget goes into the ads, we don’t take a cut of it. We couldn’t match this review to an account, so if you send the email you signed up with to [email protected], we’ll handle the cancellation for you personally.

I wish I could give zero stars, this service is terrible. The instructions are irrelevant now that Meta is updating. But of course you have to pay before you figrure this out. Then when I went to get a refund/cancel my subscription, no one answered on their chat. I canceled my subscription and now I'm out that money. Worst site I have ever come across to try and get my music out there. SHAME.

Hi ADDAKISS, Sorry it went this way. Meta changes its ads interface pretty often, so a step in our setup guide can look different from what’s on your screen. That’s why we do onboarding calls where someone from our team goes through the Meta setup with you. If you got stuck there, we’d much rather have fixed it together than have you walk away.
