I purchased the tempered glass protector for my new iPhone. I spent the extra money since it offered a warranty after four weeks it shattered and now they want me to pay $9.99for shipping and handling to send a new one. Not worth the $40 I paid initially.

Extremely overpriced for a “warranty” that they won’t stand behind. Cracked my phone screen 8 months after I got my phone and had instaProtek on it since new. They didn’t stand behind it or send a replacement screen protector. Wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

I bought a screen protector yesterday for my 14 pro max. Wont fit inside an otterbox. Too tall for the case and not wide enough on the sides. Couldnt get the air bubbles out and when I tried at the top with one of the soft tools to push out the air bubble the new screen protector cracked and spiderwebbed. And sure the replacement SP was free but not $9.99 for shipping and handling. What a ripoff

Endless hoops, no help — never again I bought this product and when it failed, I contacted support expecting a simple replacement. Instead, I’ve been asked to jump through endless hoops just to prove I bought it — even though I clearly have the item and already paid shipping for the claim. If I still had the receipt, I wouldn’t have even needed to open a claim. Instead of standing by their product and helping a customer, they just kept repeating the same scripted response: we can’t help you without the receipt. After wasting my time and energy, all they finally offered was a refund for the shipping I already paid — no replacement, no real solution. If you’re thinking about buying from this company, don’t. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Do not use this company or their merchandise! Whatever you protect with “lifetime warranty” is not the product you will receive as replacement. They will mail you a cheap replacement you can find at Walmart for half of their shipping/handling fee.
