Well, not enough space to ALERT EVERYONE how BAD this company/product is. It took over 4-months to get my claim refunded - and not without about 30 emails/calls. I threatened to call the owner, who is Sam Winkler, the entire company is a fraud! Most would give up, but even after I got the refund, they still SHORTED me $10.00 off the claim submitted. 0 would be a better rating, or below - it's a SHAM!

This product peeled off my phone screen after less than 8 months creating patchy white areas. The phone screen was not visible through this nonsense. The failure was not relaced since it was not damage to my phone screen. It was product failure.

Paid almost $60 dollars for the intraprotek liquid screen protector. It protects nothing. When it is applied it becomes a part of your screen, never to be removed. So if it cracks so does your screen. Yes, it comes with a year warranty that covers up to $200 when cracked. Quote to replace my screen is $370ish.

Got told by an AT&T employee InstaProtek's claim process was easy. That was obviously a lie. Not only does the liquid screen protector do a bad job at protecting your screen, you'll never get your $200.00 back (after getting the green light to repair your phone). Just avoid this company at all costs.

Biggest fraud ever..keep asking for more information or that it was not received even after receiving a verification that email received. Endless stalling and never receive the check for the claim.

The Instaprotek liquid screen protector and insurance plan is one of the biggest scams I've ever experienced. Not only did the liquid screen protector not protect my screen against cracking, the cost to repair the screen is $320 and Instaprotek only provides $200 worth of coverage. So you're better off just buying a better screen protector or purchasing protection from your cell phone provider. What good is an insurance plan that doesn't cover the cost of repair. I paid $70 for the liquid screen protector and then would have to pay $120 out of pocket to get it repaired, for a total of $190 out of pocket expense! What a joke!

I purchased this product from a T mobile store. When I went to claim the money for my screen repair I was told that I filed the claim wrong and now the warranty was void. I was also told that the T mobile rep who sold it to me should have walked me through how to file a claim and that I should contact them for the claim.
