Registering product was user friendly, submitting a claim was easy and when I accidentally submitted two claims, it was easy to have the second one cancelled!

Got this screen protector from Verizon. Never again. The screen protector cracked simply by another phone being tossed on it. I got it yesterday Jan 31.26. I registered the product hopefully to get a new one for free. NOPE. You have to pay 9.99 for shipping and handling. Scam. I ended up paying for another brand on Amazon because I know they actually work.
