The Customer Service is fantastic. Unfortunately, I did drop my phone and the protective cover broke and they had one sent to me the day I sent in a claim, but also turned out that a corner of my glass was also broken so they sent me reimbursement for getting it fixed when they say they stand behind their #Warranty they really mean it

I had a replacement order that never showed so I thought I would message them through the app...Honestly not expecting much help. I was so WRONG! I messaged with Sanaz and they were so helpful. I even messed up in making the replacement order and they caught and fixed it. Amazing product, amazing support. I will use them forever. Thank you very much!

Filed a claim with no issue what so ever. Had a mistake on the shipping address and I noticed after I submitted the claim. I messaged customer service and first thing this morning it was resolved and already have a tracking number. Awesome fast service!

These people REALLY DO STAND FIRMLY behind their product line. I HIGHLY recommend giving them business if you need what they sell because when they say they make anything that goes wrong right for the customer, they really DO mean it. We all know how rare that is. Let these folks be the beacon of reassurance that truly good service still lives!!!!
