Bought a phone and they out the liquid glass by simple ...scan code and it goes to protect for warranty...you have to scan barcode, enter EMI code, take picture of receipt with date then take picture of you time code...scam process...have deleted app...and if anything happens to phone with this liquid glass cover will contact Verizon and protek. Have sent all info to BBB and my attorney!

They simply won't pay for the insurance I purchased for my screen protector. Its a scam. I provided ever they asked for and still no payment. And, now the date to file is approaching and they keep asking for info I have already provided, in hopes the date will pass. It will! Because I've given them EVERYTHING!

Don’t waste your money or time. They take forever to get back to you and you do not have a direct number to contact them. I’ve been waiting for a reimbursement for over a month now and it’s ridiculous.

The product already broke after one week of use. One hit and it cracks Not worth the amount of money and to file a claim to get another is 9.99. Not worth it because it will crack again.

When I bought my new phone and ask for a screen protector I thought I was getting a real screen protector. I didn't even realize what the rep I was dealing with at TMobil was doing, I thought she was wiping fingerprints off. After paying $50 for a screen saver I ask he where my screen saver was and she told that she applied it. She assured me it was the new thing and it really works. She gave me an envelope and told me it was instructions on how to register the warrant. What a joke!!! There's a thing on the card that your supposed to take a picture of that doesn't work. I tried and tried, had people who know more about phones than I do try and they couldn't. One even told me this is a scam. Meanwhile my screen broke, Great Protection!!!!! I go to TMobile to ask the about it.

I filed a claim on October 2nd 2024. It was approved so I had the phone repaired in the alloted time frame and submitted the receipt for the repair. As of July 21st 2024 I have still not received the $200 reimbursement I was supposed to receive. I will not purchase from this company again. Total scam!

Very dissatisfied wit this company do not purchase from this company. This is my response on their response. I am very disappointed with your response and your company. I followed directions from Verizon store representative, who indicated to take phone have it repaired and send receipt in to obtain reimbursement. I believe that Verizon stores that sell your product should know the process and be able to provide guidance on what to do when a replacement screen is required. Your package indicates you crack it we replace it.

NO STARS-- TOTAL SCAM!!! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They will do everything they can not to honor the warranty. I provided information showing the old phone replacement phone. I provided info. Showing my deductible. Now they want a receipt showing my old phone on it. My receipt with the deductible only shows what I paid for- the new phone. This company will come up with anything not to pay out the claim. SCAM This product needs to be removed from the shelve unless the company that is selling it is going to honor instaprotek's warranty. Contact your attorney General and file a complaint UPDATE: So after my review they approved the claim, but only for the amount of the copay to replace my phone- NOT for 200 as stated on the product when you buy it!. I still say contact your attorney general. I plan to also contact my phone carrier to have the product pulled from the shelve unless the carrier is going to honor the warrenty(FATCHANCE)
