SCAM!! Do not waste your money!! Mine lasted 2 weeks before it cracked. THEY wanted 10.00 to replace it claiming shipping. So that's the deal every month or less it breaks and you have to pay way more than standard shipping so they pocket more money. DO NOT GET DUPED LIKE I DID!! REPLY TO COMPANY The response is garbage. I can understand paying some shipping if the product lasted but ONLY TWO WEEKS. 58.00 For something that I can buy 3 on Amazon for 8.00 AND it lasted less than a month. The issue isn't that there is a cost the issue is the product doesn't last. So if i have to buy one every month because it breaks that's 120 a year for a product that cost 58.00 from the get go. The other issue is it's not clearly stated on the packaging AND I wasn't told of the cost before purchasing. So not only a crappy product but a bait and switch. The issue its its a poor performing product and your company is clearly scamming ans getting kickbacks from the shipping. There is no way you would sell such garbage and replace it at the level it clearly needs replaced and take a loss on it. Its a scam! It has been reported to the FTC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! You can get the exact product on Amazon that has 3 front and back protectors for 8.00. This company steals almost 100.00 for their garbage then wants 10.00 to send new ones when it cracks in juat two weeks. SO BASICALLY almost 220 a year if it breaks monthly as it seems it will. If i have to replace monthly with the Amazon product it's only 32.00 per year. Don't fall for this scam.

don't get hustled to by this, is a warranty scam/ they do everything to avoid registration and replacement

The customer service rep was very helpful in assisting me through the claim and replacement of my wife's charger and cable for her iPhone.

Filed a claim with no issue what so ever. Had a mistake on the shipping address and I noticed after I submitted the claim. I messaged customer service and first thing this morning it was resolved and already have a tracking number. Awesome fast service!

Product registration is so complicated by design for customer to become frustrated and give up on registration. Paying for something you do not get. Registration should be performed by retailer at point of sale.

I have received 2 bad charger cords and sent a request for a new one at no charge. Your company was very accommodating to do just that which I appreciate being on a fixed Income so much!!

These people REALLY DO STAND FIRMLY behind their product line. I HIGHLY recommend giving them business if you need what they sell because when they say they make anything that goes wrong right for the customer, they really DO mean it. We all know how rare that is. Let these folks be the beacon of reassurance that truly good service still lives!!!!

My very expensive screen protector shattered after falling like 2 inches after only having it for one month. It’s insane!! I appreciate the company refunding the shipping cost this time but it is still frustrating to wait two weeks. It is also frustrating they take no accountability for their product not working as it should. A month old screen protector shouldn’t crack the first time it’s dropped on flat ground. But I will keep trying with the brand.
