Insight Pest SolutionsReviews of insightpest.com

Today, Mike Hurst, from Insight pest solutions, provided our quarterly services which included pest solutions for spiders, ants, trap baiting for rodents and the other pest around the home. Mike is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to spraying in-doors because of our grandson, he is 3 yrs. old. Thank you for allowing Mike to visit our home!

Guy showed up at the door (Jeff Wolff) and told me all my neighbors had signed up (they hadn't - he made up names of people a few street over) and can give a discount because in the area. Seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy (won't happen again) so I said OK. He promised me twice that I was signing to NOT have a contract but couldn't read it on his ipad (cited technical difficulties) and couldn't send until later (same technical difficulties). When I did get it thank goodness I read it as he signed me up for contract and I had 3 days to get out of it which I did. They tried to charge me cancellation fee but I advised them they said can't do that in 3 days so off scott free. Seems like they get a lot of people this way so steer clear!

I agreed to use their services, and they sent me an email of the contract. Because my Word program was different than theirs, the contract was illegible. I have asked 6 times now for a hard copy of the contract. The first 2 times, I got a response saying that their rep would stop by my house and give me a hard copy. So far, no hard copy and now they've stopped answering my emails. How hard would it be for them to mail me a paper copy??? If they were truly reputable, they would have already done it. I feel like I've been scammed. Do not use this service!

We had Stuart Concannon service our house today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process and said if there is any problem to just give a call and he would be back

I have had the company for over a year. Rob was very detailed in his spraying of my property.

Benny just finished the services. He did a great job. Very happy with the work. Christyne G

Chris Topher came to our house - he was very professional and did a great job. Would recommend this company highly and him. Super guy.

A young man showed up at my driveway around 5pm yesterday and offering me a discount price of $175+tax original price is $399+tax per season on pest control because one of my neighbor just brought their service and they are coming to service tomorrow, I agreed to have them come tomorrow to do the job and signed the tablet that look like an invoice for the treatment. Later that night an email revealed I had actually signed up an agreement for 12 months service that if I cancel I will have to pay $100 termination fees plus the reimburse Insight Pest Solutions for any "Promotional Discount" given on the Initial Service, that mean if you want to cancel, you have to pay them $1903.84 in total and this was not mention the whole time. After I found out I have been scam, I spend the next 8 hours to do some home work about this company and a solution to get out of this agreement, what I found is they are scamming people all over the U.S and Canada, so many helpless victims, if you are in the U.S try the BBB, in Canada go to ontario . ca/page/your-rights-under-consumer-protection-act, I stop them before their first service so they can't charge my card and I told them I know my right, I also inform my card company to put a note on file that said this company is not allow to withdraw from my account. Good Luck everyone!
