SCAM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. A door to door salesman showed up at our door offering a discount for a service. It seemed like a good deal but he didn’t tell us that the discount came with a an annual subscription to their services. They charge huge amount of money and even though we called them several time to cancel they continued taking money from our account. They show up when nobody is around claiming they did whatever and send huge bills. Do not take any contract from them. It is a pure scam!!!

Insight offers very a Through, Respectful, Reliable and fair priced service. They do all the work for you, they call when it is time for inspection services. In this day, this level of professionalism and skill is a rare combo. All our issues are taken care of & prevented. WOW! Brad L., the Technician here this week, was on time, very knowledgeable and checked every crack inside and out. He went way above what techs from other companies do offering services and explaining them all included in the fee. I take writing reviews very seriously as I rely on people been honest and not personalizing a bad day 'they' might have been having. Insight has been consistently great.

SCAM DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! A pushy door to door salesman showed up at our door offering a discount, $54 for a yard spray down. Seemed like a decent deal but I unwisely did not read the fine print and he didn’t tell me that the discount came with a an annual subscription to their services. When I realized what had happened I tried to cancel so they voided the discount for the service I had received and charged me $399 for the service and a $100 cancellation fee. As far as the service goes I suppose it was fine but this company’s main goal is to get people unknowingly hooked on their shady subscription and hit them with big fees for canceling. If they show up at your door offering anything SLAM THE DOOR IN THEIR FACE.

Excellent job, and very detailed explanations.

Excellent service received from Josh H. on December 7 after a special service was requested to re-visit the location. Additional checking was done and received advices on what should be done regularly to avoid running into issues. Thank you Josh.

Companies like Insight Pest Solutions are only as good as the employees representing them. Mike, our tech., is the most personable, professional and trusting employee we could ever hope to have servicing our home in any capacity. Koodos to Mike and Insight.

Their services are absolutely horrible, in fact everything they promised was actually made worse. I would not recommend spending a cent on their services. And when I asked to cancel the service they wanted to charge crazy fees even when they knew I was dissatisfied.

Pushy door to door salesman. Didn't tell us that there was a huge cancellation fee if we didn't want the service any longer. Pest control was a joke. Might as well have sprinkled fairy dust. Spiders and wasps everywhere. When contacted the 'contact us' page online, no reply and no tracking that I ever emailed wanting their attention to the problem. Now I'm stuck. 810 dollar's for nothing. Never use this company. Never. Ever.
