Do NOT use this company! They charged me over $400 to spray 3 times over the course of a year and I still had bugs in my home, which I had asked for extra sticky traps yet they were always out. On my final month of my contract I was moving and refused to pay the final $39 since the last spray was canceled by the company and they tried to reschedule after I was already going to be out of my house. Now three months later have been sent to collections for a bill of $254. I have called the company multiple times to resolve this and still have yet to be able to speak to someone. I keep being told someone will call me back yet no one does. I have now had to file a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau.

READ BBB REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING!!! The sales reps used by this company are dishonest and mislead their potential clients. I've checked BBB and this is a recurring theme. They keep doing it over and over. They state they will investigate and handle their rogue sales member. As for you though, you are stuck and either get through the 12 month contract or pay 75% of the total cost to get out of it.

The people that provide the service are good but unless you have a serious, specific problem there is little benefit. I had to continue treating for ants myself as there seems to be little if any residual value. Especially when treatments were applied immediately before a rain. Same for mice in the garage. The bate traps don’t seem to have reduced the number of mice I capture in mouse traps. I would have cancelled but there’s a large financial penalty into contracts.

Marco the worker knew what he was talking about and was very helpful with our issues. We had the house sprayed in June but spiders came back in force. Called up the company to take care of it. Marco told us what he would be doing and why and gave us some helpful hints to keep the critters at bay. Very nice guy and worked hard and pretty quick

This is probably the most inconsistent company I have ever dealt with. They schedule you for every 2 months, it rains or something comes up, and you won't see them again. I will never recommend this company. My neighbors are having the same issues. My contract was over in May, I realized in August-tried to cancel and was told had to write a 30 day written notice to cancel.

Always enjoy having Mike Hurst to service our place. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

I did not receive a e-mail contract from Cole. Christopher the tech was fairly thorough.
