Yet another naive customer.. I hope you read before you meet a shady salesperson knocking on your door! Don't trust just me, check reviews here and other places that don't remove unpleasant reviews. Don't know what others are happy about.. We agreed for a one time infestation, explicitly saying we don't need a contract for the whole year. The guy at the door promised they won't even keep the credit card. After we noticed they keep charging us, we called to ask why and discovered we are actually on a contract, they do have our credit card and we have to pay $250 to cancel. What a shame such people still exist. Trust no one..

I was happy with the service Paul E provided. He came at a time convenient for me. There was a mix up with scheduling which I found very annoying. This has happened before. I was suppose to have the service the day before but they changed it to the next day which was not convenient for me. Paul said he was on my street the day before!! They need to work on scheduling appointments to satisfy the customer. I am seriously thinking of changing companies as this has happened before with scheduling.

First off, my credit card was stolen back in June. The normal $50 monthly payment came out in June before I reported it stolen and that month was the last month I received service from the company. Since then, I have had to change all of the payment information for all of the things that come out automatically from that credit card. This account was overlooked in that process. I was never contacted about this misunderstanding and by the time I figured it out I was already in collections. This is a very shady way of conducting business in my opinion. No services provided in the time period I am being charged for and I owe $436.25 and it is in collections with all of negative credit report implications as well. Over what cost to this company? Nothing... This is what you can expect out of this company if something like this happens to you. Beware.

Like many other reviewers, I agree—this operation is a scam from start to finish. It all started with their door-to-door salesperson showing up uninvited, making promises of offers that don’t even exist. “Cancel anytime,” the rep said confidently, while presenting everything on a tablet—no paperwork, no transparency. I had no idea what I was really getting into until I tried to cancel. That’s when the full extent of their deception became clear. They conveniently buried Term 14 (out of 18) deep in the contract, a clause I was never shown or informed about—only to send me a copy later to justify their massive cancellation fee. Here’s the kicker: The cancellation fee is the entire cost of the next treatment. Outrageous doesn’t even begin to describe it. This is clearly a calculated bait-and-switch—a dishonest game designed to trap customers. Avoid this company at all costs. I learned this the hard way: read the fine print, their word is worthless. I can only hope my warning helps others escape the same fate.

We are so happy with Mike’s thorough work every time he comes to our place. In addition, he is friendly and always asks us what he should concentrate on and what we need. His service is superb!
