I had a very disappointing experience with Insight Pest Canada. Not only did they fail to eliminate the pests in my home, but they also provided horrible customer service. After several treatments, the pests kept coming back, and it was clear that their solutions were ineffective. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for services that did absolutely nothing. I was also shocked to find out that they never informed me about a cancellation fee until it was too late—totally unprofessional. I felt blindsided and taken advantage of. I wouldn't trust them with pest control again, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a more reliable and transparent service.

Kobe from Insight Pest Service sprayed our and even waited patiently for me to get there staying past his regular scheduled time. He completed the service in a professional and kind manner.

The Insight Pest technician, Rohin, was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He did not rush his inspection and service call at all and he showed me the remediation steps he put in place to prevent a potential recurrence of the problem we had.

Door to door soliciting. Constantly annoying people who have already cancelled with their company. Horrible work environment. Forces people to pay a fee of the full month in order to just cancel. Contract based to avoid legal troubles, and overall a terrible company with no care for anything except furthering their income. Prices constantly go up, chemicals almost never work constantly, as well as subscription based. AVOID at all costs!

We had a salesman come to our door and signed us up for 4 yearly treatments in order to get rid of the crazy blackwidow issues we were having. We booked our first visit and someone came out but he said he was unable to complete the treatment because it was raining, fair enough. He said they would call to reschedule the 1st visit but nobody called and its an absolute nightmare to get ahold of anyone. They proceeded to charge us for the full service and the also tried charging for the second treatment even though no one came to complete the 1st visit and there was no scheduled 2nd visit. We then contact them and finally get someone to email us and we come to an agreement of $100 and cancellation fee would be waived. Well now we get a call from a collections agency saying we owe $438.90!!! I cannot believe no one had called, emailed or mailed an invoice but then again how did the amount go from $100 to $438.90?! We called them again and they charged us the $100 and a cancellation fee. This company runs on scamming people. We are reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and we encourage others to do the same.
