They didn't disclose up front that there is a $100 cancellation fee which is highly unethical. Never do business with these bastards ever! I lost my job and had to cancel a month after getting the service and that's when I find out about the fee. They're not up front about it, it's in the fine print of the agreement.

Excellent service. Professional from start to finish. Had an issue with ants this summer that I couldn’t fix. A technician was sent the same week! Super polite and answered all my questions. All ant issue completely solved. Highly recommend this service.

I wasn't aware that I was signing on with a contract service. I paid for them to do a service. The next month I get a charge. For what? nobody came out. Nobody was called. No service was needed. The next month the same. I just got another notice that they are planning to charge my card $280 for a cancelled contract. I think these guys are a scam. steer clear.

Watch out for the slick sales job. They don't make it clear that you need to cancel 30-days in advance to avoid a charge. Then, even though you've paid for that month, they won't come out and fix the poor job that they did in the initial visit. Our main problem is outdoor spider webs. Both my wife and I think we have worse spider webs than we had before the initial treatment. AVOID!!

The Salesman kid that sold me on having them come over 1 time for $99, I was explicit I ONLY WANTED 1 time spay and I would give them a call when I wanted more services done. I was told that wasn't a problem. Now they have tried charging me over $700 in a couple months and haven't even been to my house since the first time. I called them enplaned it all and they tried saying I can't cancel. On top of it I still had bugs creeping around my house 2 weeks later after the 1 spay, until I did it myself. 0 out of 5 star,. Terrible.
