I love the convenience on how portable the unit is. The quietness of operation and the concentrator is great also. The only complaint I have is the cannula attachment kinking. I wish there was a spring that would support the tubing where it attaches. I’ve mentioned this to Inogen, but was told they have had numerous concerns. Robert Oliveri

the sales guy was great but i bought too soon. hit the road so it was a month before i could try it. easy set up. but no one told me that the system has a 5-6 sec cadence of a repetitive 'pop'. Super annoying. sales support good. follow up good. gatekeeper answering service is an idiot who kept me from buying for almost a month.
