Have somebody answer the phone when you call I called the emergency number and I'm on hold for 45 minutes to 2 hours before someone answers the phone as completely unacceptable and this is not been more than once every time I call it's like that plain disgusting I had to call my doctor's office so they can contact them nobody even answer the damn phone

It is much heavier than I had anticipated - especially if using the larger battery.

i have purchased a G5 porable oxigen. a constant oxigen unit and a battery external charger. My external charger has a cord to plug it to charger and mine has separated exposing some wires. I am willing to perchase the cord but can not find one with out purchasing the charger can you direct me

Love the unit. Works perfect. I ordered candles. The tubes. I still have not received them, nor have I been credited The Salesperson Tamara has ignored my emails.

Inogen staff were very helpful and one rep, Gwen, in St. Petersburg/Clearwater area went above and beyond to assist me in the process of working with pulmonologist office and the USA’s poorly managed Medicare system. Product is perfect and so far meets all my requirements!

First, I was promised an external battery charger (To be shipped separately, so the second battery could be charged off the machine). I have not received this yet, despite promises it would be shipped right away. Secondly, the metal port atop my machine holding the rear of the candela has come out several times. The candela also kinks at this same point and shuts off the air supply. I have screwed the metal part back in several times, but there are minimal treads to hold it in place. Once this has expanded the plastic, what are my options? Third, the neck strap has released 3 times at the swivel pin at the machine. The unit has not hit the ground yet, but I figure it is just a matter of time.

Honestly, I do not like my Inogen Portable 02 tank. Possibly due to not being used to using the Pulse Ox type, sometimes I feel like it’s not registering my breaths and that really scares me since I need 02 to live. It doesn’t deliver enough air for me to exercise away from home and the fact that I’m not by nature a nose breather. I have to really concentrate on breathing through my nose. Please, please make a pulse ox tank with continuous flow even if it doesn’t last that long on high settings, it would be so much better and quieter than what I have now. Please know that I’m not ungrateful for what I have it is lighter for me to carry and I do have a lot of questions that I don’t see in the manual. I will give a call to Inogen with all other concerns. Thank you so much and have a great day!

I’ve used several portables but always had difficulty because they used carts and were terribly heavy to load and unload in my car. My new Inogen is wonderfully light and so much easier to use. The sales person at Inogen was wonderful to work with and I’m extremely pleased I bought this unit. Thank you Inogen!
