We recently bought a nova six Have to say I was disappointed with the performance. The battery didn’t last very long and the machine got very hot when using. We used a G3 for seven years. It was big heavy. We thought we’d give the Novak a try. Come to find out. It’s not as good as they promote it.

My family member has been waiting 2 months to receive his machine. Was told a week ago it was shipped and not to leave his house for 7 days. Now to find out after 7 days, it wasn't shipped. One problem/excuse after another over 2 months. Sad that the one that is suffering is my family member. Very disappointed!
