Dakota Norris is an inspiration to your company and the perfect salesman. Our portable inogen machine stopped working while we were camping in a remote area of Colorado. We were from out of state. We immediately contacted Inogen about our problem. Dakota answered the phone and was immediately pleasant, reassuring and efficient. He was able to order and have our portable unit delivered to our rural campsite within two days!! We were pleasantly surprised that it arrived so soon because I required oxygen 24 hours a day due to the elevation. We would have had to leave Colorado just as we were getting there and cut our vacation three weeks short if the O2 unit wouldn’t had arrived so quickly! Thank you Inogen and Dakota! I am Andy, son of Donna who has been a customer of Inogen for several years. I recently have been given the pleasure of supporting my Mom and had to contact Inogen. First, taking on a phenomenal opportunity to be with my Mom, now on fulltime O2 initially was a bit scary. However, with the assistance of Inogen, and Dakota specifically, we were easily able to identify replacement columns, identify an appropriate device for our needs, and followed through on the delivery. It has been simple, non-impacting of Daily activities and all we needed was the right devices, at the right time, and for the right circumstances - WE HAVE IT. I have spent years focused on CX, specifically in the medical vertical, and this experience with Inogen was perfect. I found out through a sleep study that I needed oxygen support while I sleep. I did some research on the internet on oxygen concentrators and Inogen kept popping up. I called and spoke with April and she made the whole process effortless. April explained everything, what to expect and the very small amount of maintenance the machine needed. I feel a comfort knowing I’m getting the oxygen support I need while I sleep and the most excellent and exceptional customer service that comes with the Inogen products. I am 100% Satisfied with the product and the company who stands behind it.

I purchased this Rove 4 May 2025,Purchased directly from Inogen my wife has COPD stage 4 and is on an oxygen generator at home 24-7 we only used the Inogen 1-2 times a month when she goes to doctor, on 8/21/2026 we were at the Dr office for 5 min using the Inogen and the battery went from 100% down to 57% and then shut off mand my wife started having a panick attack , Dr put my wife on an oxy tank, I called Inogen's cust service on 8/24/2026 and talked to someone from a foreign country that I could understand half of what she said and she stated that the battery was bad and out of warranty and I could buy one for $618, WOW what a piece of junk Buyer beware

Deborah was very helpful with my purchase. My Inogen came within 3 days. Very lightweight compared ti my first one!

I like the machine . It’s still too heavy for me. I feel it’s going to pull me over!
