InogenReviews of inogen.com

it gives you back your freedom to go to do and to live.

The portable unit is very easy to take outside the home even though it is a bit heavy. Suggest getting a backpack for extended walking or exercising so that the weight is distributed across both shoulders. The carry case that came with it works well for moving around the house or short trips. The battery times for the two different sized batteries is reasonable, 2.5 and 6.5 hours at level 3. The charging is easy to perform directly to the unit or with the additional charger that allows a second battery to be charging while using the unit. The home concentrator is about the size of a suitcase but is easy to move around one level. It is fairly quiet and has a very long line for easy movement around a room without having to move the concentrator.

Love the portability and the length of time the big battery lasts.

The battery does not last very long

Inogen has given my mother more freedom to move about. However it is too heavy for her to shoulder carry it. It tends to run quite warm. Battery life is mediocre. We have 2 single & 1 double battery. She uses 3 ltr and therefore need to always carry a spare and/the wall plug if we are out for more than 2 hours

Bought a used inogen, wasn't working right so your people walked me through what was wrong. I ordered the battery and new columns, The new columns didn't work so you replaced them, working great now.the girl was great

I'm disabled so the weight of carry on is perfect for me. The contractor is nice and quite. It semes a shame that that I lived so long carrying those HEAVY tanks around. Thank you Inogen. We tell everyone about the benefits of having one.

The customer service is shockingly bad. I tried to get (and then return) the Rove4, and they insisted on emailing my 87 year old mom a document that required Docusign. The email contained a QR code. My mom can barely do email. Exactly how many Millennials need oxygen? Then it arrived w/o a car charger, and I had to call about that. The product produces a puff of oxygen when it perceives that the user is inhaling, but the timing didn't work for her, so I'm trying to return it. It's been less that 10 days since we received it--we're well within the 30 day trial period, which may be why they keep offering to have someone else call me back, but each call back takes a day. Seems like their business model is to prey on old people who might be experiencing confusion due to oxygen deprivation.
