I am a long time inogen user. I own the original inogen one and it still runs well. I have the inogen 3 and home concentrator. When ever I need service for any unit it is fast and excellent.

It's been a GODSEND! Now I have the ability to actually go outside without fear and really spend quality time with my family....NO REGRETS......

I thought it would be quieter than it is. I had to use a 25 foot tube and put it in another room because the noise was keeping my husband awake.

I have been through respiratory therapy and don't need my Inogen as much but it's there when I need it. It was essential when I flew to the midwest. My small in-home Inogen is suitcase sized and easy to transport for overnight proviews.

Love the portable. So much better than carrying heavy cylinders. Ordering is easy & usually get my order within 2-3 days. EverFlo concentrator I continuously had problems with. I was told there are continual issues with the box air filter inside. If this is the cases, why do they continue to send out these units?

I have been with Inogen for the past 5 plus years and have no problems with customer support and service. I recommend this company for all your COPD needs.
