I enjoy it very much. I just wish the batteries lasted longer like some of the others that are coming out. And I do wish the prices were lower or Medicare paid for it

I like the light weight of my Inogen. Would like a more purse like carrying case for my Inogen.

I have not gotten a portable concentrator that works since my first one went bad. I have given up and just biding my time until I can switch companies. The one I have now at least works sometimes but not all the time. When i call they act like I haven't been on oxygen for ten years and don't know what I am talking about. Like I said, I give up.

Always ship items needed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I wish you would send me more than 1 replacement batteries at a time.Also when my unit broke down it took days to get a replacement.I was stuck at home.You sent me a replacement battery last week.I had the original batteries from 3 years ago.3 years and I only get 1 replaced.The other battery is slowing down why not send 2.I am going out of the country in January and will be limited where and how long I can go.

Great sales people. Donna was awesome. I've referred a couple friends to her and she also treated them very well. I had to have my Inogen One G3 replaced a couple times and the process was seamless. The company gave me no grief and shipped me a new machine overnight. I just put the broken one back in the package and the UPS man took it right then. Definitely worth spending the extra money and purchasing the lifetime warranty.
