Called to request newest, smallest portable concentrator & was informed that because I lease my equipment, I am not eligible to exchange for the smaller unit. The smallest unit is only available to those who want to purchase it outright. Unfair to those of us who can only afford to lease. Also Inogen carries no nebulizer supplies , which goes hand-in-hand with oxygen users with COPD.

I wish I had bought it sooner! The Inogen One G4 System-Freedom #2 has given me the comfort and peace of mind I needed, as a person with COPD, to be able to spend more time out of my home doing the outdoor activities I enjoy. It is so compact and lightweight that carrying it with me is no trouble at all. Bob G., the Inogen rep., thoroughly answered ALL my questions clearly and patiently and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. Great customer service. Everything was as promised and more. Very happy with the G4 unit. My only reservation is with the single battery. What is the point of it? It does not give enough time to do anything! The double battery is fine as it gives at least 4 hours use. The other concern is.....why does a battery cost $400?!!!!! The home unit is great. It is quiet and runs 24/7 without an issue (fingers crossed).

I love my Inogen. I am on 6L continuous O2,but only for activity. When I am riding in the car I use the Inogen on 5. I plug it into the cigarette lighter to power it. We take lots of car trips that last a few hours, and this saves my O2 tanks. I would love it if the unit could do continuous O2, maybe up to level 3.

I dont like the fact that you cant get light on the screen to check the battery charge left, unless you start the shut-down procedure. Dont want to shut it down, I am on oxygen for a reason, and I need the Inogen to fulfill that purpose. Dont want any disruptions>
