Only issue has been the columns on the G3. They need replacing much too soon. Do not last a year.

Although convenient in size (wish it weighed less), my new Inogen 4 has one downfall. For a portable unit, the cannula line is much too long, hangs down, causing a dangerous trip hazard. Your company should provide a 2 foot line, as it is a short distance from the nose to under the arm. To remedy this situation, I placed the unit in a little carry all bag with handles that was about the same size, rolling up the line and placing it inside. This caused another problem, the unit overheating. To remedy this situation, I then went to the shoe repair shop, where a rectangular window was cut out, giving the battery air to breathe and also providing access to the port to charge. Regarding the weight, for an elderly person, it is too heavy and hurts to carry on the shoulder. But in general, it is convenient it being smaller in size, pretty quiet, with the ability to charge in the car, thereby saving the battery for when inside a restaurant, for instance.

Imogen's equipment has been excellent for me. Since I need oxygen full-time, I know I can rely on my concentrators. Customer service is also excellent.

No problem with service rep & received replacement machine next day as promised

I have received good service from Inogen. While on a trip my Inogen unit quick working. I called the company and gave them my next over night stay location and a new machine was there when I arrived at that location. Very good service.

Any problems I've had have been taken care of, with no questions asked. I have also voiced my opinion on INOGEN to many people. I just finished helping a new neighbor unpack her new Inogen and assembled it for her. What a wonderful invention. Glad to have been a help. A More Than Satisfied Customer. Donna Sloane

it really is a step up from tanks! i especially love the portable with two 4 hour batteries and a dc charger. i can pretty much go anywhere.
