I would recommend the In oven to those that need oxygen daily. The system is very convenient and easy to carry. My only problem is that the battery becomes very HOT. Venting it still has the battery heating up. I, also, found that the 5 hour battery is not true to the hours. After a "full" charge I only receive 3hrs 45 mins. Poor advertising!! I'm fine with the system beats carrying an oxygen canister.

Ingoen responds to my request immediately, even when I say its not a emergency. So I have so much confidence that if & when I do have a emergency I surly won't have to worry. Everyone I have spoken with has also been very knowlegeable

Only buy highest liter company won't trade in even for a trade in fee offered a thousand dollars for trade in on higher liter and they said no otherwise great don't understand it's not like you would get a new one it would probably be a rebuilt one

I have two inogen units. I enjoy the freedom they provide. I don’t have to worry about taking multiple tanks with me when I travel anywhere. It’s nice to be able to charge the units with AC, and doubly nice that I can also charge it in the car if we’re on a long trip.

My portable concentrator affords me greater mobility and independence. People are always asking me about it and I highly recommend it. I am lucky it is covered by Medicare but I am unable to take advantage of the benefits of Medicare Dual Advantage because Inogen doesn't contract with United Health. .I do wish I had a lighter weight unit but Inogen doesn't offer that to people on Medicare.

I bought an Inogen 4. It failed and I sent it back to you and you sent out a replacement, but the replacement was an Inogen 1. I feel that I should have received the latest model rather than an old model reconditioned. So I want an Inogen 4 and want to return the Inogen one I should never have received. My mom was so happy with the Inogen. She had so much more freedom and confidence. She is now deceased, but it really enhanced the last few months of her life.
