I have two units.
I have a portable unit that I use when I exert myself, such as trips to wally world. I also have a unit that I use when sleeping at night. The use of these units have been a great relief. I would recommend them to anyone..

I do not like that the oxygen does not flow consistently but periodically. The oxygen tubes are also not long enough.

The G4 concentrator has made a huge difference. Independence and freedom are two words that come to mind immediately. It functions properly every time. My only suggestion for improvements have to do with accessories. It seems the cost of items like extra batteries, chargers, power cords and so on are quite inflated. Be realistic in your pricing please. We have to purchase them from you, please make accessories affordable.

I have the Inogen G3 and use the double size battery. Works great and gives me the freedom to do whatever, whenever, and wherever I want. I HATED using the tanks, worrying if I'd have enough oxygen or worse yet - run out of oxygen. My only complaint is the weight of the unit with the double battery, almost 6 lbs. That may not sound like much but it gets heavy, especially when you're also carrying around a purse that weighs almost that much too. I've read a lot of reviews on Facebook from people complaining about the cost, yes it's expensive but it's a one-time expense and compared to using tanks well worth the price.

I use the Inogen as an Oxygen Therapy for my IPF. It has proven to be very reliable and easy to use. It also gives me the freedom to travel without any problems. The shoulder bag and backpack are perfect for any situation that I may encounter.

I am very pleased with my Inogen for my oxygen during the day when I go out. One problem that I have is I cannot use it on my shoulder since I also have osteoporosis and can't have the weight on my shoulder. I have a small bag that I carry it in. The bag they supply is hard to put the tank into. It was very expensive and when my first one was dropped and broke the amount they wanted to repair it was very high and I had to mail it to them and wait up to a month for it to come back, so I purchased a new one.
