I ordered this for my mother. Batteries do not last as long as advertised. Not happy that you have to order battery recharger separate especially the cost of charger is outrageous.

This machine is great. I haven't begin to use all the accessories that come with it!

The unit (g3) is fine and I had gotten great support throughout the process. The only problem was that the battery charger I had ordered last week did not work, the red light would just continued to blink without charging the battery.

The products are great - I only wish there would’ve been an oxygen mask rather than just the standard cannulas... absolutely great products allowing travel without fear!!!

The Inogen employees that I have dealt with are incredibly pleasant, well informed and very helpful. The equipment itself is compact and so much better than transporting an oxygen canister around. Charging the batteries is simple. The only issue I have is after 5 months, I am starting to have difficulties when turning the concentrator on and off.

I have two Inogen units - a G4 and a night time concentrator. The portable G4 is exceptional - easy to carry around and the 4 hour battery seems to provide suitable life for my needs. I'm please that there is a car charger which helps extend the 4 hour life of the battery when I'm out. My home charger performs the same function when I'm here at the house. The nighttime unit, which I use with my C-Pap, performs well but is a little noisy. Would be better if it were quieter.
