Heavier than I was told it would be. Also the message "replace pole column" has been showing up since about three hours use

Hi. I use my Inogen approx 3 times a week to go shopping & appointments. I wear it over my shoulder and find it heavier thanI expected. However it is lighter than the cylinder or at least less cumbersom . . It definitely is my addition to freedom. I get to have 2 hands free when needed. I find that I can't count on the battery to give me the length of time as told when I was purchasing it. I returned my first two batteries for this reason and was pleased with the efficient way that it was handled. I question the cost for replacement of the two tubes every year., especially with the 35% exchange on the dollar for us Canadians. As I paid over $900.00 exchange when I placed my order .Perhaps in the future you could take the Canadian exchange into consideration T hanks for the opportunity to voice my opinion. Is there a Inogen Oxygen outlet in Canada yet. Please let me know

The Inogen is a life saver on trips to medical appointments.

My Inogen 3 is a very trustworthy and dependable machine that my wife and I share and use when and where needed no matter where and the dependable sensor to only give the oxygen when you are breathing in, without error, is without equal and amazing in it's sensitivity. The long and dependable battery service is a major consideration and performs dependably for extended periods of up to 10 hours at medium setting, which is normally enough unless an attack is coming or has arrived and then immediately adjusts to the higher setting with no delays. The light weight, dependability, the long dependable battery life has been more than a benefit. It is a much needed inclusion into any search for an oxygen concentrator.
