We purchased an Inogen for my 94 year-old father who has severe COPD. There is nothing more heart-warming than to see the confidence the Inogen has given him to be able to leave his home and not worry about breathing! Your company has done an outstanding job of answering all our questions and making sure that we were taken care of. Best purchase ever!

I have the Inogen G3. I don't require oxygen full time. I use it primarily while exercising. However, when I need it due to illness or environmental conditions - it enables me to perform daily activities that I would otherwise need to refrain. It allows me the freedom and confidence to travel knowing that if needed - I'll have oxygen therapy available. Not having to worry about refilling bottles and limited time on oxygen bottles is a big relief. Lack of mobility is seriously depressing to me. Having the option of using the Inogen G3 improves my quality of life.

Inogen G3 is good when you're sitting or walking short distance. Regular oxygen level is 2, but have to set it on 3. I have two double batteries and they last a good long time.

My home concentrator had to be replaced after less than one year of use. It took about a week to get a replacement. That is unacceptable. People who need oxygen can’t just hold their breath. Thanks, Ed Clark

Still don't like the pulse delivery, but understand the need for it with portable, battery op devices. Not used a lot, but great to carry with me in case I do need it. Batteries lose charge if attached to device but not used. Do not lose charge if disconnected when not in use. Good to know.

It has been great being free from the tanks. I'm able to do more and not be a prisoner in my own home. I purchased an extra battery and one of them had to be replaced. In oven replaced it free of charge! It has since become defective again and it is being replaced in the same manner.

I like the system ok. strap should be easier to use--keeps falling off. have to clip on belt. oxy. machine is very noisey compared to the one hat I had from linecare. it 's bang is very loud. other than that it works fine.

To heavy hard for me to handle. I have called several times to talk to one they said that the lady would call me 2 times, have not heard from anyone, would like someone to call me. I went in debt 3 thousand dollars. I am a widow and live on as do that is a lot of money to be. Ramona Johnson.
