Misinformation with sales didnt get it overnight as promised. Way to heavy. And was told it was not covered by Medicare when you advertise on tv that it is. Very disappointed after spending $3100

Love my Inogen One G4. It is so light weight and easy to sling over my shoulder. Makes getting out and about so much easier. Have used it traveling and connected to powder.. Works perfectly. So glad I found you!

`I object to the puffing noise it makes and hate to use it when I have guests I object to the PUFFING NOISE it makes especially when I have guests!

I need oxygen 24/7 and am so very happy to have the lightweight device. I purchased the "fanny pack" so that I can go about my day without the shoulder strap slipping off. I do a lot of gardening and this carrying device is wonderful for that. I also have 4 batteries and the external charger so that I can wear my Innogen all day.

The batteries that we were told would each last 2 and a half hours but we are finding they only last an hour and a half. Now we get a message that the columns need changed, who knows what that will costed. Jim

I would be happier if your app worked

It isn't what I thought it would be like. I only use it when I go out for my part time job transferring cars from one airport to another. If I have to walk any distance I get out of breath. My pulmonary specialist has me on 3 liters but when I am walking I have to turn it up to either 4 or 5 liters which runs down the battery even faster. In away this is better than what was deliver to me from the local company which delivered canisters which were only good for 1 1/2 hours when I am out. Sincerely,
