The device itself is fine but the carrying shoulder bag is poorly designed, shoddy construction and does not meet my expectations. Having to put the entire device on the charger to charge a battery is also a poor design. I understand that a separate charger can be purchased - for ~$300. That is a gross over charge for a battery charger.

Love the fact that I don't need to carry extra batteries but it's heavier then I expected.

I like my Inogen fine except I have too much tubing when I have it on my shoulder. I tuck it into the side of the case but doesn't stay there too long. Other than that, it serves me just fine. I don't use it daily but knowing it is there is a 1000% feeling of security.

It's Fabulous. For me, it was also difficult to have to be on oxygen - even if temporary - feeling "stared at" when going out. You simply don't feel attractive. This product provides the answer to this. While not being on oxygen is my goal ... I am so very grateful to have this unit. I use it by the handle, put on a fanny pack, and off I go! PLUS - Jordon - My sales/service rep was absolutely magnificent. He takes my calls with silly questions and always makes me feel comfortable. It works! Karen

Joan was a great agent who helped me understand the product choices that were best for me. She also kept in touch during the delivery process and after.

The unit works fin. The only thing is, if the Inogen is drop and you have purchased the warranty it doesn't cover. Also if you brake the nipple where the hose lead connects it's not cover either. Why don't you replace the nipple with a stainless steel connector it's a lot stronger than you aluminum one you have on it. You can charge $5 or $10 more to us and we will pay it. So my question is why would not cover all of the unit not just some parts. You know most of the your sells are of the older people. Thanks in advance Phyllis
