We got this for my father after the insurance company was unwilling to provide him a potable unit. Well worth the price as it free’s us from the tether of those bulky tanks.

I love the ease of having this machine so much lighter and the ease of moving it..it will save my life..thank you.

I am more than pleased with my inogen. When I first contacted my representative she was very responsive , contacted my Doctor, and persisted when the dr was slow with his response. The Inogen has given me a lot more mobility when before I would have to stop and catch my breath. You also contacted me after about 2 weeks to make sure it was workin for me.

Is small and easy to carry and take with you when going out. 0perates very easy-to-use.

Find that item is heavier than I expected and also is more noisy than expected. It does do it’s job good enough and it’s better than dragging a big tank around all the time.

im very satisfied withiogen so far

I was very pleased in the beginning but over the last few weeks the oxygen output doesnt seem to be as strong. I called tech services and the 1st time after a 35 min wait the connection was so bad I could not understand the person and they finally hung up. The 2nd time I called they said a 14 min wait and after 28 min they still had not answered and someone was at my door so I hung up. Have not tried any more. Oxygen pressure still seems low to me.

I am very pleased and excited to be part of the Inogen family. My freedom to travel and attend activities has been restored thanks to my G5 machine. It is truly lightweight and easily managed in the car or at home. Inogen is a blessing to me. .
