Battery doesn't hold it's charge..Drops power when it's unplugged.

I really like my inogen but it's a little heavier then I was expecting.

It does a great job. The people I dealt with and the machine are as good as can be. I couldn't ask for any better. Kat worked overtime to see that I was taken care of.

Very disappointed, the batteries last half the time as told. Also the hose is too weak, it bends too easily and causes the air to be blocked at creases. I really thought I could enjoy this and allow me to get out, the batteries won’t last as told would.

The Energen unit works very well the batteries last for a good long bit the backpack though needs some rethinking because you have to completely remove the unit in order to charge it

I am having trouble making myself breathe through my nose rather than my mouth. Otherwise, I am pleased with the unit.

My husband had a severe case of Covid, he was in ICU for 2 1/2 weeks and six weeks in the hospital. He came home on oxygen and almost three months later he is still on oxygen and we have no idea if he will be able to d/c the oxygen. The Inogen has been a life saver! He hated taking the long cylinder tanks in the car. Getting in and out of the car was exhausting and he was on 4 liters the first month and the cylinder only lasted an hour. He got angry, depressed, he was frustrated, and his mental and physical health were significantly effected. Now with his Inogen, he is a new person. He can join his friends for breakfast at McDonalds every morning again so they can talk about saving the world, and although he is gone about three hours he still comes back with 50 - 75% oxygen left on his double battery. Thank you so much for making this available to us. You have given my husband hope, a social life again, and he even drove to Las Vegas to visit friends. God bless the man who invented this system and you who have marketed to ordinary people. Thank you with all my heart!
