I love the size of my Rove 4 and use it daily. I tried the fanny pack but I couldn’t keep it up correctly so I returned it. The shoulder strap works well unless you bend over. Then, it falls forward and becomes a pendulum on your neck. (This was common with all portables.) It needs a 3pt harness. For now I attach it to a belt loop with velcro. I use level 1 or 2 and it lasts for hours even with a standard battery. The oxygen feed is excellent. I have difficulty seeing the darkened screen showing battery and oxygen levels but, that’s my eyesight problem. The unit goes up to 4 liters, allowing flexibility. I dropped it to the floor a couple of times and it is rugged enough to keep working. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants mobility in life.

The equipment does work. So there's that. Customer service sucks. It took thirteen minutes to get a human on the "urgent attention" line. She dd know her stuff, but it was a simple question, how do I get a copy of my invoice? They don't like leaving a paper trail, will not respond to text or email. They want everything oral. That makes a bit of razzle dazzle in the sales process easy, and that turns into bait of switch. Just listen carefully, write it down, don't sign, call back and confirm when you're sure you understand exactly how many of what you'll be paying for. And do get a copy of that invoice. They don't like paper trails. Oh, I see Inogen has replied. Unsurprisingly, they want me to call them. So we can have a further conversation with no written record. Don't trust these people. But the products are good. No complaint there.

The people at Inogen provide honest, informative communication during the purchase. I now own the Rove 6 portable and the Voxi 5 home concentrator. I am very pleased with both units. Jamie was very helpful and thorough during the sales process. Her attention to detail and communication with my doctor to assist with the prescription was very professional. I will not hesitate to recommend this company and product line.

I would have Zero stars but Not an Option So.......after seeing commercial I called, Here are the scenarios that progressed Knowing advertising is just that, I inquired about the under 3 lbs as shown in TV I was told.......for PURCHASE ONLY ANY LEASING 4.8, 4.9 AVAIL ONLY THEN GIVEN DIFFERENT QUOTES, Cuz DocuSign and docs with bank card on file must go through to lock in rate Then told to bother doctor, they too lazy or can't be bothered to reach they don't NEED IT, then told by a gay sounding he said was supervisor, they have No Reps in NEVADA" I assume an excuse for shabby service to say the least, then called company a few times in which I was hung up on, didn't appreciate my blunt candor of shit business operation. As I watched commercials even more I saw in fine print........ "ACTOR Portraying WHAT A LINCENSED AGENT MAY SAY" I GUESS THATS HOW COMPANY HAS LOOP HOLES OF PATIENTS ORDERING A UNDER 3 LBS AND SENT SOMETHING ELSE Then I was called by an agent laughing hysterically that it takes so long. Well a company who has $ for commercials, it's actors that scam the public, shit agents I guess dissatisfied with pay or whatever? Has the money to just cater 2 those who can pay cash........agents say.......inogen NEEDS A COMMITMENT, EVEN IF LATER Dissatisfied STILL HAS A CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION WITH MEDICARE FOR 5 YEARS. Yes I was ALSO TOLD THAT ON THE TRY IT FREE FOR 30 DAYS AND TOLD ONLY AVAIL ON PURCHASE WHICH I SERIOUSLY DOUBT AS WELL GIVEN ALL OTHER Circus PERFORMANCES TO STICK CUSTOMERS WITH EQUIPMENT THAT AGENT FAILED TO GIVE PRECISE CHARGE AMOUNT TO MEDICARE JUST 20% OF THAT EQUALED TO UNDER 30.00 A MONTH Total cost of without warranty was told to be 3600 dollars, what a RACKET ON EQUIPMENT ONE WOULD THINK AGENTS WOULDNT BE SUCH BOTTOM OF BARREL PERSONIFICATIONS UNLESS MIMIKING THE OVERALL UPPER CHAINS AND CEO OF INOGEN...... Well an opinion formed on experience. Then I read something someone else said high up front cost, maybe why THEY WANTED A BANK OR DEBIT CARD TO EVEN DO ANYTHING. YUP. STATED CLEANING PROBLEMS, I GUESS FOR THE COST SOME MAY EXPECT IT TO CLEAN ITSELF, NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT NOR WAS INFO ON SUCH VOLUNTEERED Also review says date of exp. But as stated earlier AGENT THOUGHT IT HYSTERICALLY SAYING I KNOW TAKING SO LONG. WELL OVER A MONTH, Another said 1-4 weeks after approved. Yeah.......been more than that just in process "SO CALLED" ONCE AGAIN...............FINE PRINT DISCLAIMERS ON TV SHOULD BE READ SO TO TRY AND ASK.............ESPECIALLY HOW ABOUT ADS SAYING AS SEEN IN TV DOESNT STATE ACTORS PORTRAYING WHAT AN AGENT MAY SAY TO A CALLER

When I called the representative that help me with the process was very good and answered all my questions. Once the unit arrived the setup call went great the representative help me through this and gave tips.

The customer service. I was never able to catch up with the team that helps in the first week, no fault of theirs, I work 40 + hours a week and my hours are their hours. The concentrator was easy enough to understand as was the instructions.

Requires lots of maintenance, replacements parts, batteries are expensive, I use my Inogen daily and the battery doesn't last long. Its light convenient when traveling and to do small chores.
