Our company worked with Eric Hansen and his team from start to finish. They were professional, straightforward, friendly, and always kept us updated as weeks and months passed. I appreciated the check ins, it made our company feel valued. It's rare to find a company or employees that possess those traits post-Covid19. I highly recommend them!

Innovation Refunds was a good choice for my company. They were very professional throughout the process and our assigned contact Eric Hansen was every bit as professional. He contacted us on a fairly regular schedule keeping this abreast of what was happening and what we could expect. . We appreciated having Eric because it put us at ease knowing that we hadn't been forgotten as the months went by and we waited for the government to do their part. Thanks for a job well done.

Starting with Christian T, everyone I dealt with was very attentive and thorough. The process can be long and frustrating (mostly bc of waiting on the government) but worth it in the end. From the time my return was submitted, to the time I received my payments, was just shy of 5 months. Innovation Refunds was really easy to deal with and kept me in the loop!

We used Innovation Refunds for our ERC tax credit and they made the process simple after we provided the documents needed. Emilie Ball kept in contact with us and always asked if we had any questions. Thank you for getting the job done!

Working with Innovation Refunds was a positive experience. Adrean and Alicia were the 2 people I dealt with and all went well. They were helpful and always kept me informed on what was needed to complete the request for our refund.

Jeremy Shores and the rest of the team at Innovation Refunds were a pleasure to work with. They stuck with us until our refund was received and kept us well informed.

I couldn't be more satisfied with how Innovation Refunds helped me in the process start to finish. It was streamlined and efficient. Jeremy Shoars does an excellent job with consistent communications, conveying what to expect and with answering questions. IR knows what they are doing and it pays off to use their expertise and knowledge. I received the refunds that they projected. Zero complaints.
