Stay away from this company. signed with them in 2022. Received Payroll credit in 2024. And we had to return one of the checks back to IRS based on their recommendation (apparently they have made a mistake ). And this month we received a letter from the IRS asking to clarify why the check was returned to them. I contacted them right away expecting a swift reply (since it was their idea to return the check and prepared the paperwork along with the check returned. You would think there was a kind of record already). Until today after numerous customer service phone call. There is absolutely no answer, every time they would say they are waiting for a response from their support team. By the way you can't talk to their "support team", and they can't even tell you if you are going to get a reply in a week or month or a year. And now it way passed the IRS deadline . I double I will ever get a reply. If you are thinking of working with this company. THINK TWICE. - Texas - Zen Neumann

They keep trying to collect what I've already paid and not received

Horrible...I would never deal with them again. Took over a year to get it done...had to submit info to them 2 and 3 times, couldn't get responses, but they were Johnny-on-the-spot once the money came through! They harassed me upon my receipt of the money...calling and emailing relentlessly! Even as I sent their monies promptly...find another service and run from these people...I dread what will happen if I need support later!

It starts out really well with Innovation Refunds. They’re super nice on the phone, really prompt, good technology to make it easy to upload documents, and the filing process is pretty easy after speaking with an attorney. After the filing is completed, they fall off the rails. I’m trying to get a breakdown report of each employee with their wages and corresponding credit breakdown, and I keep getting pushback from them. Various comments such as “the attorney is really busy”, “this is proprietary information we don’t have access to”, and other really concerning statements. If they can’t accommodate such a simple request, it makes me question whether the filing was even truly accurate. Now I might need to hire another CPA just to review the filing. I would exercise extreme caution and make sure you ask lots of questions.

We received a Pre-Qualification e-mail (no guarantee) offering the opportunity to apply for the Payroll Tax Rebate for the Employee Retention Credit program. We completed their questionaire on their website on Sept 1, 2022, complete with their "promise" to promptly get back to us after an evaluation (presumable in a day or so). To date - 3 weeks now - these has been NO communication and NO contact whatsoever from them....crickets.....they may or may not be legit, but they sure do not know how to keep their promise of communication with you....Hence 2 stars.
