I was very, very skeptical about what to do and if I should do it. My CPA told me not to go this route because it would be like double dipping in so many words. This company is very persistent. I began filling out the paperwork but didn't complete it and that's when Javier constantly called me and explained how their organization works and that this was FREE money that would not have to be repaid. He then passed me one Cari. The communication level was excellent and she always knew the status of my application whenever I called. I was pleased with the refund that I am scheduled to get.
