From start to finish, Innovation Refunds did an excellent job! From Jeff Townsend to Samuel Estes, they kept us informed and frequently checked in with us to see where we were in the process. I have recommended this company to several people and will continue to recommend as I personally feel this entire process was done in the most professional way!

We were pleasantly surprised to learn how much we qualified for and the process was relatively easy. The final refund arrived about 8 months after we started gathering the backup.

While they say they are there to help, my experience was they don't do anything to help. I went through 11 months with them and still do not have anything filed. It was painful and fruitless. The communication from the so called experts is non-existant. I wasted so much time and effort.

Our accountants told us we don't qualify for any refunds under this program. After hearing the commercials on the radio, we gave it a shot and were pleasantly surprised we qualified for over $100K. Matt Tidman was our rep and he made it straightforward and as easy as possible to get our refunds. I really appreciate the attention and constant contact he kept with us, making it easy to understand and what to expect. I would recommend Matt and his company for any programs such as this. Thanks so much!

As a small business, I was surprised at the results obtained using this company since I was not aware of ERC. My Account Representative, Sam Estes, made the process very easy and followed up with email and phone contacts regularly. Great experience!

Innovation refunds guides you through the entire process of applying for and receiving the ERTC. Mattew Tidman and his team were always responsive to my requests for information or updates.
