InkproductsReviews of inkproducts.com

My husband and I have used inkproducts for many years now. Company, products and service are top notch! When we had any issues they handled them with no problem. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a CISS SYSTEM from ink products.com in 2018 for my new printer. The system never worked right. I am very familiar with working with CISS systems. They did not want to help me resolve my problem. They take your money and that's it. Don't buy from them. Their ink is our quality as well. I tried replacing the chip, replacing the cartridge all at my expense. They did nothing to help. I did Not wait 2 years to contact them to try to fix the issue. I contacted them several times over the 2 years 8 month period. Each time at my own expense at trying to fix the issue. They are only giving you half a story. I wish it would have worked out bc their prices are cheap but now I know why they are cheap.

I have purchased from inkproducts for many years. I had a small issue that they went out of there way to help fix for me in a efficient and effective way. Would recommend for new customers looking to obtain inkproducts from a reliable source.

I bought from ink products and love this company! They are quick and dependable when I need them. The ink is great and covers beautifully. I definately will be using them again. Thank you!!

Just ordered from Inkproducts.com and I LOVE their products. Customer service was very helpful and all my needs were covered. Will be using them again. I recommend using them for all your ink needs.

Just thought I would right a review on Inkproducts.com, I used this company years ago, when I had another printer. I just reordered from them again! I now have a new printer and the gal on the phone made sure all my questions were answered and gave me the confidence to tackle a new printer and compatible refill kit. DO NOT HESITATE to buy from this company...... you will be so glad you did!!! They have been in business for over 20+ years!!

Will Merritt Bought their Ink Refill Kit For Brother Printers That use the LC3011, LC3013 Cartridges. Kit Includes: 1 - 130 ml bottles of Ultra Pro True color ink™ Pigment Black [ Waterproof ink ] 1 - 70 ml bottles of Ultra Pro True color Dye-Based ink™ Yellow, Magenta, Cyan 1 - Set Of XL Super Size Refillable Cartridges With Resettable COC Smart Chip™ Installed. 4 - Syringes with refill tips for filling the cartridges. Includes step by step color photo instructions. It is simple and easy just fill the cartridge Our new XL Cartridges hold more ink than any original Brother cartridges. Also bought extra ink. Used once and never emptied the cartridge when the printer said cartridge empty. Tried the really weak instructions, tried calling (no help) bought chip resetter, it doesn't reset their chip. So basically wasted roughly $200 trying to save money. My two cents, Don't trust these people anymore. They will say anything to sell you a load of crap that wont work.

The worst customer service you could ever imagine. What most people don't know upon purchasing their "kits" you are responsible for the usb chip resetter. However, If you are new to this you don't know exactly what type of printer usb you would need for the chip resetter. You would think that if you have a question customer service would be more than glad to assist. Instead you get someone who was extremely snobby and obnoxious. I will never purchase from this site again. I recommend you don't waste your time. There are a lot of other places who will go the extra mile. so disappointed.
