My brand new HP 8710 from NeedInk saved money, but so far, the magenta and black cartridges are duds--all I get for a poster that need all four colors are yellow and green. Very poor quality control. I want new cartridges or my money back.

Sent them an email through their website concerning a product I bought from them. Never bothered to respond.

Got my system and it worked good for 2 months then inexplicably the black started looking like bronze. Emailed customer service blamed the printer, then the paper and everything else. Wouldn't help me out- told me to buy more black ink from them. Bought black ink from another company which solved my problem but now the light cyan cartridge isn't recognized. Does not stand up to 100% satisfaction guarantee and in my experience the quality is poor.
