Purchased 2 902xl HP remanufactured cartridges March 2022. Just opened one 3/8/24,installed it and an error appeared. " Detected a non chip HP cartridge firmware" and wouldn't print. HP's firmware updates stop you from using remanufactured ones due to the chip issue. Contacted Customer support and they said basically tuff luck. No refund or replacement. What a scam. I'll never buy from them again. False advertising at it's best.

The package and the packing slips indicate I bought the correct ink cartridges for my PIXMA MP 620 printer. When I installed two of them, the indicator on the printer would not light up. I tried re-installing them, but to no avail. The cartridges I already have on the printer are lighting up (that is the indicator that the cartridges are installed and in working condition). I tried to trouble-shoot the printer, including re-installing the printer software. None of them worked. So, the ink-cartridges are incompatible although the package and the packing slip show they are. I have bought the ink cartridges from several companies and I had no problems. May be we, the customers, should not buy from Injet.com since the product is not reliable/compatible.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. However, I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, worked perfectly the first time with no problems. I ordered both ink toner and drum units. I have had problems in the past with my model laser printer accepting the less expensive brands but had no trouble with the units Inkjets.com sent me. Pricing was well below the name brand replacement cartridges.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! My order took nearly a month to arrive. The website states same day shipping but after a week and a half I didn't have so much as a tracking number. I corresponded over their live chat two different times and they stated it had shipped but no tracking number was available. I finally called to speak to someone who had no explanation but apologized and immediately offered a refund. Over a week later, still no refund. I called again and was told there was no notation of being offered a refund and the representative stated that it had shipped (shipping date was 17 days AFTER I had ordered it) and that it had supposedly been delivered so I would not be able to receive a refund regardless of what I had been told previously. Finally, I requested to speak to a manager which representative Janice, refused to transfer me to. I was put on hold for several minutes and when she came back agreed that I would be refunded. Got home from work to see my package had finally arrived after all (now 25 days after ordering) and I open the box to see ITS THE WRONG ORDER! All of that time wasted arguing for my refund and nearly a month later it's not even the correct toner that they sent me. The invoice in the box has the date it was printed on which is well past the date I had been lied about to multiple times stating it had already shipped when clearly it had not. Absolutely terrible site to order from and terrible customer service. Should go without saying that I will never be ordering from this company again.

Ordered Online from them because My HP Cartridges are discontinued. No problem ordering or receiving items . Paid thru PayPal. Keep in mind these are old cartridges that are being refilled. As soon as I opened the package the cartridges were covered in Ink. All over the Copper Contacts. Tried to Clean with HP's Help to no avail. Refused to refund me after several attempts. Now their saying there is no such order on record even thou there's a receipt from PayPal with all the Details. Going thru PayPal now to recoup my Money from these Sad Businesmen

Horrible Horrible Company! I placed an order for toner. They say 2-7 days delivery. Since they are only a few hundred miles away, I figured it would be relatively quick. After 5 days I called to see where it was and apparently, they never had the toner and they never bothered to call

I don't know about this website. I am a drop-shipper and I have visited their website for purchasing products. But there is nothing matching my criteria. I just want to you that purchase any kind of product on your behalf. I don't know anything.... hahahahhahaha

I am going to warn every potential customer. 4Inkjets is one of the worst companies with the worst customer service. Tried to get in touch with them 4 times. No luck. I am now going on the Amazon website for a review. You might as well throw your money down the drain. I do not understand why they are still in business. They sent cartridges 63XL that look completely different from the HP 63XL. Of cours they do not fit my printer HP 1112. I will also go to complain with the BBB. I have had it with their bad customer service. PS correction. When I initially ordered, I was under the impression that I ordered cartridges. These were pods, and when the shipment arrived, I had no idea how to make use of them. Therefore, I tried to contact the company for information about a return and refund or a store credit to my account.
