I’ve purchased generic ink for my Epson 800 Artesian printer from this company several times, often buying in bulk to ensure I have backups throughout the year. Unfortunately, about 25% of the cartridges (1 out of 4) are not recognized by my printer and don’t work. In August, I decided to switch to their "original Epson" cartridges, only to discover upon opening the box that they were labeled as “remanufactured.” Predictably, they didn’t work either. In fact, this entire batch of cartridges failed, leaving my printer unusable with no backup ink available. When I tried to contact customer service, I was directed to a generic voicemail. Their return policy requires customers to pay for return shipping and fax the receipt—a baffling requirement in 2024. Who still uses fax machines? Overall, the products are unreliable, and the customer service is outdated and unhelpful. I strongly advise against buying from this company—you’ll only waste your time and money.

I ran out of ink. Black worked (epson) but the blue and red wouldn't. Took forever trouble shooting with their chat line, finally said chip must be bad and they sent me replacements for the replacements. Red one (magenta) still not working. So put in another request. Hasn't arrived so called. The so called help guy said on the phone they would just refund my money. I didn't want a refund, I wanted ink that worked. Printer won't work without ink. Probably go to WalMart and get my ink. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Their product sucks.

What a scam!!! The so-called compatible cartridges don't even fit. The company wants you to use the original cartridges using their ink. Go figure. Next time I go to Walmart.

I orderered three print cartridges. One lasted over 50’pages the other two were total duds and didnt print any pages at all. I called and was informed I wouldn’t be entitled to replacements or a refund because my 6 month warranty period had expired. Was I expected to use 3 cartridges in 6 months? How would i have known they were duds before opening them? Disgraceful. I will NEVER use them for anything again.

I ordered a black cartridge for my brother printer 7 days ago. When it didn't arrive I contacted Inkjet and Toners. They advised that their supplier had increased the price so I could not purchase the product at the price advertised. I pointed out tha they had accepted my order and payment so we had a legally binding contract of sale. They still refused to supply the product. Do not purchase from this company

Thiefs, do not buy from them. I returned an unused toner. They provide an address and RMA number which I printed out directly from an email they sent. I lost the tracking number and didn’t provide it. It says it may delay the refund if you don’t provide it but now they refuse a refund. That is stealing because they have the toner. Now I have to call the bank to get the money back. They have the return number on the package, they rather steal from the clients.

This company has the worst customer service. I placed an order online I called quickly because I realized that it was not what I needed I placed the correct order over the phone and still got the wrong toner I called to reorder the correct toner and the lady who presented herself as the supervisor basically called me a liar and I never got my correct toner. I will never use them again and I've used them for 16 years

I sent my question to you via your website, I hope to hear from you soon! Suggestion: It would be helpful to add instructions on 'how' to get the mechanism that holds the ink cartridge, to the middle of the printer window, before attempting to change cartridge. Otherwise, your instructions for changing the ink are spot on! Thanks again for your service!
